Claude Cowork: AI File Organization & Workflow Automation demonstrates setup, sorting and renaming, receipt extraction, meeting actions and recurring reports. Includes step-by-step builds, and Cowork access is required. Office Automation with Claude Cowork, Codex & Copilot goes further into approvals, logs, duplicates, handoffs and failure cases.
Claude for Project Management: Cowork, Excel & Reporting is the reporting option. It covers grounded status packs, steering reports, RAG, RAID, action and decision logs, with context-pack assignments, quizzes and a reporting capstone. It assumes project-management context and Cowork access.
Course access does not automatically include Cowork, connected drives, Power Automate or other paid services. Try a copy of a nonsensitive folder, keep the originals and compare the saved result with your instructions. Check file retention, permissions and account requirements before using a live folder.
