About the directory

Find a skill.
Put it to work.

AI training is easier to choose when you know what you want to do with it.

Built around everyday work

Assistant AI Training brings together courses for executive assistants, administrators and people who work with emails, meetings, documents and spreadsheets. Some courses are made for the role. Others teach a tool or workflow you can bring to it.

What’s in a course profile?

We bring together the course outline, learning format, workload, cost and software requirements from course and provider websites. The learning guides help you compare nearby options and try a small example before choosing.

Course lists run A–Z. A free course may still need paid software, so check the setup as well as the tuition.

A note on changing details

Dates, prices and software features can change. The course website is the place to check the latest details and enroll.

How to use the directory

Start with a task you want to make easier, then compare the courses in its learning guide. Look at what you will practise, how much time you need and which accounts the exercises use. If you know the tool already, the course filters can help you narrow the list.

A short demonstration, a guided assignment and a project with feedback offer different kinds of practice. The profiles describe the activities in the course outline so you can choose the kind of learning you want.

Why these courses?

We include training for assistant roles and courses that teach a specific office task or tool. Broader office courses with a smaller AI section are labeled Office essentials. The goal is to make those differences easier to see before you enroll.

The examples in our guides use fictional material. You can try them to work out what you want to learn, then compare that task with the course outline.
