What you’ll learn
- Use free ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google Gemini for administrative productivity: draft emails/letters, summarize documents and meeting minutes, clean/analyze data and prepare reports.
- Learn the provider-described P-R-I-C-E prompting framework, select suitable tasks, review generated output and consider responsible use in Singapore admin scenarios.
What does the learning look like?
- Each learner uses their own laptop for hands-on real admin scenarios and creates and presents an AI work-improvement mock-up plus a personal prompt library/templates.
- The course assesses a practical assignment and a short written assessment aligned to TSC Innovation Management Level 2

Course cost
- Original fee S$370 before GST / S$403.30 including 9% GST.
- Subsidized learner/employer totals vary by eligibility.
- Non-company-sponsored registrations also pay a S$30 GST-inclusive registration fee refundable upon successful course completion.

- Includes no coding or prior AI experience is needed, lists free tools and asks learners to use their own laptop.
How you’ll learn
- One day, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (8 hours total: 7 facilitated workshop hours and 1 assessment hour)
- At least 75% attendance is required.
- Scheduled Singapore WSQ training.
- 27 Oct 2026 (full), 29 Oct 2026 (full), 3 Dec 2026 (new), and 22 Jan 2027
- Registration is separated into company-sponsored and non-company-sponsored routes.

Certificate
- On successful demonstration of competency in all stated knowledge/skills, Includes a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore is issued and can be downloaded through MySkillsFuture/OpenCerts.
- Completion is conditional on competence
